SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are shipped through Royal Mail, Hermes, FEDEX and DPD Tracked 24/48 service within the UK. World wide deliveries vary depending on the country.

2-3 working days for parcel delivery with online tracking.​

Orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day. You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days (excluding bank holidays). For Highlands and Islands this could be an extra day.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).​

You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

Please note that in the event of Royal Mail Strikes/Non-working times and adverse weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery times and we cannot refund any orders that have already been dispatched/ordered, until they arrive with you. In the event of a lost/wrongfully delivered parcel, we will only be able resend the order.

REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You should contact Info@604london.co.uk and await instructions on return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Any item not in its original and unopened condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned nor can; Any item be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
